    VPN (Virtual Private Network)
Method 1: Using Link Server Tool
(only for Outlook Messenger Version 5.x)
  • Link Server Tool running in 192.168.1.10
  • All Main office / Remote office users need to add Link Server IP Address in Settings > Network.
  • Make sure VPN Adapter / IP Address is selected in Settings > Network
  • No need to use Broad cast / IP range settings.
  • Method 2: Using Broad Cast Tool
  • Broadcast tool running in 192.168.1.2
  • If Seperate Network Adapter for VPN, select it in settings      network tab
  • All Main office users need to add Remote office Broadcast IP      address or any individual Home user IP address in settings      users tab.
  • Broadcast tool running in 192.168.1.5
  • If Seperate Network Adapter for VPN, select it in settings      network tab
  • All Remote office users need to add Main office Broadcast      IP address or any individual Home user IP address in      settings > users tab.

  • Broadcast Tab: Remote Office Broadcast Address
    (Main Office)

    Single Tab: Remote Home User IP
    (Main Office)


    Broadcast Tab: Remote Main Office Broadcast Address
    (Remote Office)

    Single Tab: Remote Home User IP

    Individual user need to add both Broadcast IP address

    Method 3: Using IP-RANGE
    For Dynamic VPN IP address users or non Broadcast/Link Server tool users should add entire IP address in Range (192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254)
