    Method 1: Using Link Server Tool
    (only for Outlook Messenger Version 5.x)
  • Link Server Tool running in 192.168.1.3
  • All network users should add 192.168.1.3 in Link Server IP Address in Settings > Network.
  • No need to use Broad cast / IP range settings.

  • Method 2: Using Broad cast Tool
  • Broadcast tool running in 192.168.1.3
  • All Network I users should add 192.168.2.2 (Broadcast    Tool running system of Network II)
  • Use IP address/Range only if Broadcast tool not running    in other Networks
  • If there are more networks, add other networks Broadcast    IP address
  • Broadcast tool running in 192.168.2.2
  • All Network II users should add 192.168.1.3 (Broadcast    Tool running system of Network I)
  • Use IP address/Range only if Broadcast tool not running    in other Networks
  • If there are more networks, add other networks Broadcast    IP address
  • Method 3: Using IP-RANGE
     Add other subnetwork Active IP Address range who are using OutlookMessenger. Avoid adding same network IP Address range & also avoid adding entire range like 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255, which will affect the performance. Just add the active IP Address range(Ex: 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.10, 192.168.2.5 to 192.168.2.10 etc)
